LOR and rolling admissions....

Sooooo.....one of my recommenders for my applications has been sending in her LORs basically one-at-a-time as the deadlines approach for each application.  This is fine, except that one of these applications is to a program with rolling admissions...and the final deadline isn't until May 1.  This is the only LOR that she has not sent in yet, and my damn application cannot be reviewed along with the rest of the masses until she does this.  I'm starting to worry that this woman is actually going to wait until freakin' MAY to send in this LOR, and obviously by then it will pretty much be too late for a program with rolling admissions.

I'm not really sure why she would do this.  I would think that ANYONE would know that time is important when it's rolling admissions, and also, why wouldn't she just send in all the letters at once--I mean I thought LORs to different schools are basically all the same, you just put different addresses at the top, so if you've written one, you've written them all, so I don't see any reason why she couldn't send the damn LORs all at once if this is the case (and these are all online LORs, so that makes it even easier...).  I don't want to harass her with reminders and emails about this.  She's a VERY busy person with many responsibilities and I just don't want to be annoying.  I am crawling under my skin, though.  Am I being unreasonable in feeling this way?
