Is there any way for you to retake the classes through your current school over the summer? That way, you can still take the classes you want to during the semester and your grades will be replaced.

At this point, it might be a good point to email/write to people in grad school departments that interest you. Ask the grad school/possible professors what they recommend.

I think *not* retaking the classes will look bad. Don't worry about getting out of undergrad in X years. If you want to get into grad school, understanding the undergrad prerequisite material first is better than just skipping it because easier courses are on the way. Even if you have to take classes over again to fully understand something, it's probably going to be more useful for grad school than graduating in X years barely understanding important concepts.

If you do better in those classes the second time around, it will show grad schools your ability to recover. I think they like to see that even if you make a mistake/don't understand something the first time, you're willing to go back and make it right.
