Can't find my scores?

I just called ETS to see if I could get my scores from the October test and they can't find my record. I just did the automated thingy. Has anyone else been successful at getting their scores? I'm wondering if that just means they're not available yet or if it means that they lost my test and now I'm totally screwed eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

ETA: I am talking about the Subject test in Literature, just to clarify.
