I called Columbia's DGS associate secretary about 2 weeks ago to ask about reapplying to the Masters program in American Studies (had been rejected from History PhD) logged in today because my check came in on saturday, was just going to fill it out quick, upload my new statements, etc...
Only to find out that, I cannot modify the old app or create a new app or a new account to reapply to the MA--I'm not sure if this is purposely done, but I had spoken to the secretary and was under the impression that applying to the MA program after receiving a rejection from the PhD His was perfectly acceptable.
Now the deadline is tomorrow, and I'm up the creek without a paddle because none of the offices are open...
so...any thoughts? ><
ETA- THANK ALL THAT IS HOLY! I figured it out...was simple >< geez I almost had a heartattack and resigned myselfto reapply for the Spring.
