Clinical Psych Autobiographies

Hi everyone,
I hope that you're all doing well with your applications and I wish everyone the best of luck :)
I'm applying to Psy.D. and Ph.D. in clinical psych programs and I have a small question to anyone who is familiar with these applications and willing to help me out. Some of the schools ask for an "autobiography" or a "short autobiographical statement" in addition to or as part of the personal statement/statement of intent. Do they really mean AUTOBIOGRAPHY? Are they expecting me to write about personal stuff, or can I take this to mean a professional autobiography? I feel that anything that went on with me personally is none of their business, but I keep getting hung up on this term "autobiography." What do you think?
Thanks again :)
