If you have an undergrad thesis, list that. If you have given any conference papers, list those (obviously as conference papers). As for "major papers," think of papers that are of article length or longer (25+ pages would be a good lower limit)
It's really up to your discretion. Just list any paper that you're proud of that you think (perhaps with a little bit of work) is publishable material.
They are asking for any papers presented at conferences. Unless you are applying for a post doc (just kidding), include any papers presented at local (i.e., hosted by your university or department), regional, or national conferences--in reverse chronological order, of course.
If you don't have any papers that have been presented and you don't have a thesis, leave it blank. They are NOT asking for titles of papers from undergraduate classes.
