Possibly stupid question. So I wanted to talk to an ETS customer service rep before requesting score reports. I wanted to make sure that, for $15 per graduate school, ALL my scores (subject and general with writing) got sent, and she said they did. I hope this is correct. Then I wanted to request additional scores from her instead of typing it into the phone, because I hate the automated systems. She said I can't do the automated system with a cell phone - it has to be a touchtone phone. I thought a cell phone was touchtone...I mean, it let me type my way through the system before. I didn't really want to do a conference call because I was about to drop the call. So do I really need a landline to call in a request? Because I don't have a landline, unless my landlady lets me use hers tonight lol.
scores,
