LOR writers

The program I'm applying to requires exactly 3 LORs. You can't slip in any extras because they must submit their LORs online and the university solicits them. I'm having real difficulty deciding who to ask.

Salient details:
applying for an MLS
good but not stellar GPA (due to lack of effort, unfortunately)
not required to take the GRE because my GPA is above a 3.0

Possible LOR writers:

1. My current supervisor, who is the media center director at a school library where I work as an aide. She went to and was something of a star pupil at the school where I am applying. She graduated within the last 5 years, so it is likely her name would be recognized. I haven't worked for her very long, but I know she would write a strong letter.

2. My former supervisor, who is a librarian with the local public library system where I worked as a clerk. I think she would write a solid letter as she is familiar with my leadership abilities(I ran a program for high schoolers to read to kids during the summer) and other skills. However, I have not been in close contact with her since I left the library last year and we were never particularly close when I worked there, either.

3. My former boss at the internship I held for 8 months this past year in a government-related position (I'm a poli sci major). She would write a glowing recommendation and could talk about my communications skills, responsibility, etc. But I don't know how much it would be worth since it's not an academic reference, nor is it directly related to librarianship.

4 and 5. Professors within my department that I have had for multiple classes. I have a very friendly relationship with both, but I didn't always put in the effort I should have in their classes. Also, they seem a bit peeved that I am not pursuing graduate work more related to my undergrad degree. I think I would get good letters from both, but maybe not outstanding ones. Basically I think they would say that I'm a talented writer and critical thinker, but don't always apply myself. Which was true for them, but not good for grad school, obviously.

I know this was a little tl;dr and for that I apologize. Any advice would be MUCH appreciated.
