You know theft is a problem in your city when a customized bike that can't possibly be fenced is stolen from such a public figure.
Still, I thought all anyone in the media had to say to recover the bike on amnesty would be a really simple statement: "Yes, it's Lance Armstrong's custom bike, you want to ride it, you'll have to amputate one of 'em." 'Nuff said.
