Film preview: Star Wars - Clone Wars
On the one hand, as an animation, it does well for lacking Hayden Christensen or Jake Lloyd...on the other, the preview succeeding in sucking all the life out of the theme.
I guess I'm just overly annoyed by space-age warriors employing pre-radio tactics without any narrative rationale for it (e.g. Haldeman's concept of an energy-negating field, restoring medieval martial arts).
Nope, I think Kung Fu Panda will get my $10.50 before this latest Lucas squeeze on the overdrawn teats of the consumer-fan and Star Wars 'verse.
