Now that the film will get the Rodriguez treatment these 40 years later, who should play the iconic role? Who can bring together the right sense of silliness, of naughtiness, of adventure, and slightly brainless acting to our 21st century screens?
I nominated Denise Richards, but big Barbarella-fan Elise wagered she was too old and nominated Jessica Alba, or possibly even Jessica Simpson. Others have mentioned Kate Beckinsale.
