Out of Character - Who Ryuk B can be seen by (and Ryuk A if mun wants to agree to it)
Okay, since I felt the need to clarify (not because anything has come up, just because I pay a little too much attention to detail is all), here are the specifications for people being able to see Ryuk!
1. The person has touched a Death Note or a piece of a Death Note. For ease of use, it can be any Death Note while in Econtra.
2. The person is an especially strong psychic or has especially strong latent psychic abilities. People such as Yuuko, Saioh, and Kimi will be able to see him without touching the Death Note. Though in some cases this could come across as a blob of energy or a space of really cold air.
3. The person was pulled into Econtra after their death.
And please remember, if you don't fall into these categories, you will not be able to see nor hear him. All you will be able to see is a randomly floating cuff in mid-air. ^_^
