The only question that remains was if it was Strife or Fair. I am willing to put gil on it being Strife. Perhaps he wanted to see if he could make someone's hair look worse than his. Since we all know that is impossible, it was a worthless gesture. If this is his idea of revenge, I cannot say I am impressed either
