Yesterday our internet connection was cut for almost 11 hours because it rained with thunder and lightning. I was soooooo bored and decided to watch some JMovie to pass time.
I watched Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu starring Okada Masaki and Inoue Mao.
And as usual, I cried. The story is good, but having a Okada's character die is just sad. I've seen many JDramas and JMovies with the same plot (1 Liter of Tears, Sekai no Chuushin de Ai wo sakebu, Koizora, etc.), and I always cry. I guess I can be classified as one of those who hopes that in the end a miracle will happen and no one will have to die. >.< Oh well, maybe I'm really just a cry baby. T______T
But I really like the story. It feels like their love for each other is so pure and true. It's just sad that Takuma died, but then if he doesn't have the disease, I'd doubt that things will happen the same way. Aaaaaaahhhh! I'm getting too indulged in these stories again! >.<
Anyway this movie is really good. Maybe one of these days I'll start to read the manga. *Excited*
This is my favorite scene:
Haaaaaaaah. Crying every once in a while is good for you right? Maybe I should watch another tearjerker next week! Hahaha! xD
I'll go back to review mode. Philosophy and World Literature midterms tomorrow. D:
