Community - Annie Edison
Hands down Annie Edison. Like I dont even have to think about it. Yes, she's over-achieving, aggravating and that girl in class who always does her homework and aces everything way ahead of time but still, she's lovable, kind, caring and so very human.
X-Men Evolution - Rogue
You can;t help but feel for the girl, dudes. Mystique messes with her mind most of the time. She dosent have family, she is lonely, insecure and so badly in love with Cyclops who is head over heels with Jean Grey, who is everything Rogue feels she is not. And there's that enforced isolation which her powers make her undergo, and also nearly make her insane. Yet, girlfriend soldiers on and somehow manages to become a vital part of the X-Men and most importantly, kick butt and be awesome in the way that she can. Also, her bonding relationship with Kurt is beyond cute. As is the tiny sparks of her romance with Gambit. :D
Chuck - Chuck!
The titular character himself. Sure he's a bumbling, nerdy, spy in training but he's also one of the sweetest characters on the show, genuinely seeing good in everyone and just being such a doll in general. It's no wonder that everyone wants to protect him, depsite the fact that he's capable of taking care of himself. Heck, even Casey can't just off him like any other person. That's just cause Chuck just crawls his way into your heart, and sits there all warm and sweet, even to someone as hardened and tough as John Casey. He's just one Big pile of Awwww.
Harry Potter - Lun Lovegood.
God, Luna is one of the best characters ever. She exisists on another plane for sure, but she's ridiculously self-aware and observant, more so than people believe. And she dosent let her self be bound by anything, which is one of the coolest thing ever, cause really, how many of of us are REALLY, truly open to new belifs and experiences. And I love how dedicated she is to her friends. And the best part is when during Book 7, she along with Neville (another favourite character of mine) hold the fort down at Hogwarts and generally kick butt. I was super depressed when JKR didn't set her up with Neville. They were totally meant to be dudes! We got robbed. :'(
