Web store that steals pics and sells YOUR creations!

Are you an indie artist and/or Etsian? Better check out this web store and make sure they didn't steal any of your pics to sell your hard work as their own! They stole 2 of my tees and 4 of my necklaces! Since they are actually stealing people's photos and not just knocking off their designs, I'd be willing to guess if you were to order from them

what tools. I like how they put their website all over your pictures as well. Did they have it like that before or was this after you emailed them?

They had their watermarks over my photos before I emailed them. I just emailed them this morning when another Etsian whose pics were also ripped off told me about it on Twitter.

The nerve to slap some watermarks on my photos!

Ohh wow, this is so wrong. I can't believe they did this, there has to be something we can all do.

I'm not sure what we can do. I tried to email the person and ask them to take the pictures down at first, but they did not respond at all. Then I asked people to email them and let them know they've been caught stealing images and to stop, but my images and others I'd only imagine are all stolen too are still up in their shop.

I feel like there's nothing I can do until I get each and every thing copyrighted and even then what could I do? I'm not sure. The worst part is, I'm pretty sure this shop is a big scam and I don't want my hard work to be associated with that in any way.

Ohh no thats awful. I'm real PO'ed they would even do this. How embarrassing for them to be such creeps to steal your design and photo, it is really absurd. Please do not put any more emotion towards this, you are a great artist and by spending any attention to it will only attract more feeling of the same and only bring you harm.
You should feel positive that ignorant folk like this find your work so amazing to claim as their own and persevere ahead with new products and laugh at them and keep posting the fakes on here so we can all be aware and not give them any business. keep your spirit up, you have something they don't, talent, (wink)
