Just a couple random things.

• I don't know if I've been talking about this on my LJ, but basically, me and my mom have sort of been arguing with each other for a couple of months now at the least about a new car. I know I sound really, really spoiled, but bear in mind that she has absolutely no issue with getting me almost any reasonably priced

oh, wait. Google helped me remind... but I assumed the copyright mob would use unknown, 'normal' IP addresses from ISP's nowadays so blocking their IP's would make little sense. As for blocking IPv4: couldn't think of any reason to.

(I still should configure one of my routers to tunnel IPv6 to my ISP, though)

Mini coopers make no sense at all. Sure, they look spiffy, but they are expensive, carry little and I bet they're high on maintenance. Nice to look at, nice to rent.. but not something I'd spend my money on. (Must admit I wouldn't spend my money on any car for moral reasons, but still.)

and that's exactly the flaw of pg2..it doesn't block all those IP addresses the MAFIAA might be using.

what you really should need is a 'trusted network', in the sense of the one Freenet uses. I have fundamental issues with blacklisting.

Expensive? It's all relative. I must admit, prices are lower than I expected, but stil.. besides the look, little value for your money. Bigger cars can be bought for half that price (I guess, I know little about car prices in Western-Europe, less about prices there.)

I don't WANT a big car, and the mini has decent mileage.

my pimped out mini is under $27k iirc, and that's including all the goodies like gps nav and leather seats.

and all the cars i do want are in the same price range, but the mini cooper appeals to me in ways the other cars don't.
