Continuing from Chapter 142...
The Junior Principal as requested all the ALICE stones that Shiki has stolen from the him to be returned.
But Shiki and the rest of the teachers have no idea why the Junior Principal would want back those stones given his current situation and powers.
All they know is that if Shiki were not to return those stones to the Junior Principal, all of them will be in trouble.
Shiki remembered the words that Yuka had said to him before.
"Shiki, you have to be very careful at all times. The Junior Principal is no ordinary character. He will definitely do something to get back at us,"
That situation that Yuka has been worrying is already happening. The Junior Principal has already know that those stolen ALICE stones were not hidden inside of Shiki's body. Even if those stones are hidden in him, he is sure that
the Junior Principal will make use of Mikan to retreieve them for him.
The situation for Shiki to be in right now is a very tough one because the Junior Principal considers himself as a victim of what Shiki and Yuka has done. If Shiki were to hold on to the stolen ALICE stones, the Junior Principal may annouce that Shiki has no rights to be Mikan's guardian because of his acts.

The scene changes to the Christmas Party :D
Hotaru looks as though she was seaching for somebody and walking around...
"Hotaru, are you looking for someone?" said Iinchou.
She ignored the question and bumped into Senior Sakurano :DD
"Sorry i came late," said Sakurano. "Although he had done his best to come...here, this is for you, from your brother,"
So apparently Hotaru's brother, Subaru was not able to come to the party because he has to observe Nobara's situation.
Sakurano continued, "Today is suppose to be a joyous occasion for the 2 of you but he could not come because of Nobara. He said that at least this card may make you happy. Even though he did not say anything after receiving your card, he looked very happy,"
Hotaru took over the card. The card reads, Merry Christmas. How are you? Missing you very much. (KYAAAAAAAAA~! I could not believe my eyes! Subaru wrote that to his sister!)
And of course, the message on the card touched Hotaru's heart very much.
"Hey hey, did any of you see Natsume?" shouted Sumire. "Where did he go...?"
"Oh, i saw him someone near the big tree!" replied someone.
"Hey! You're not suppose to tell her! Poor Natsume..." said Kokoroyomi-kun.
Sumire heard what Kokoroyomi-kun said and hit him with a hammer xD
Sumire wanted Natsume to be at the party because it was time for presents exchange and soon it will be the dance.
Natsume was in no mood for Christmas. He was on the tree thinking about the things that had happened between he and Mikan in the past Christmas.
And his thoughts were occupied by kisses..teasing.. and kisses... =.=
"WOWWW! I heard many 'kissing' thoughts on that tree! Oh myyyy~!" teased Kokoroyomi-kun who was nearby.
"Hahaha~ pervertive guy!" continued Kitsuneme-kun xD
And so, it was time to 'rain' Christmas presents like the past years ^0^/
And as usual, everyone receive unusual presents :D
Iinchou got some cookes (quite normal looking)
You-chan got a pair of socks which will keep him really warm in the winter.
Nonoko-chan (she has not appear for so long that i have forgotten about her name! she makes amazing medicine :D) receives a talking flower (which says, "give me water," kinda noisy..)
Anna-chan (i forgot her name too! She makes amazing cakes :D) got herself a weird medicine which will help in slimming :D
Ruka-kun got himself a TALKING diary (no point ne? xD)
Hotaru-chan got herself a pair of boots for animals so that they could walk to 2 legs.
Kokoroyomi-kun was reminded of a fairytale, The Cat that Wears Long Boots, and told Iinchou that Kitsuneme-kun has given that fairytale book to someone else even though they have already agreed to give Mikan fairytale books.
Iinchou thought about Mikan at that moment. He wondered how is her Christmas going so far. What was she doing and that if she is happy right now...
That led everyone thinking about the same thing. Suddenly, Natsume jumped down from that big tree and ran out of the party hall looking for Mikan.
At Mikan's Tower...
Sure enough, our dear Mikan-chan was all alone with Bear (Bear seems to be enjoying himself, eating drumsticks xD). She was, however, able to watch the party scene from her room with a tv that Bear brought her.
It was actually Shiki's intention to have the TV in Mikan's room. He had wanted her to be able to see her friends at the party so that she could also feel that same atmosphere in the party even though she is not there physically.
But the rest of the teachers did not quite agree with him. Instead, they thought that he was rather cruel to Mikan but he himself did not realise it. (Poor Mikan chan... >0<)
"Everyone.. seems to be enjoying..." cried Mikan in front of the TV. "OH NO! I AM ENJOYINGGGG! I AM HAPPY!! BEARRR!!!"
And she got depressed again while Bear tidied the room.
Mikan hid herself under her blanket and cried. She has promised herself not to feel down or depressed. Yet she could not control her emotions.
At this moment, Bear pulled a sheets a little.
"Bear? What is it?" sobbed Mikan.
Bear handled her a little box.
"For me..?" Mikan was surprised.
She opened the box and found many walnuts (i think) in them. (BEAR! YOU'RE TOO SWEEEET *melts*
"For me you collected so many of them?" said Mikan still surprised, "This is the BEST Christmas present ever! Thank you!" and she gave Bear a big hugggggie.
Shiki was outside of Mikan's tower and he used his ALICE to transfer those fairytales that Mikan's friends have prepared for her into her room.
Those books fell from the ceiling to her.
Mikan opened the first fairytale book...
The Wolf and Seven Lambs. A note dropped out of it.
It reads:
To: Mikan
From: Tobita Yuu
You must be like the lambs' mother and love your sudden power.
All the best with your revision! We will definitely graduate together!
"Iinchou..." said Mikan. (I WAS TOUCHED TOO >.<~)
and there were more! All with a note enclosed.

Justice prevails! No problem!
Cinderella

It will definitely be like Cinderella! These tough days will sure be over!

"Natsume..." said Mikan as she thinks about the past episodes she has had with this friend who was first her rival. The times that Natsume teased her, bickered and called her names.
His voice was ringing in Mikan's head. She wanted to see him.
Meanwhile Shiki, who was outside of where Mikan was kept at thought about his actions earlier. He saw Natsume running and thought if Natsume was looking for Mikan.
He also overheard a conversation between 2 students that the Junior Principal was cruel enough to allow a TV in Mikan's room so that she could see the fun that her friends are having at the party. Shiki was a bit shocked to hear that because it was his idea and he meant well. (*pats pats*)
Shiki thought to himself. He was thinking about what he has done. He has seen Natsume running in cold weather everywhere just to look for Mikan. He thought that since he himself has not yet given Mikan any Christmas present, his present to her would be to let Natsume see her...
As Natsume was running, he saw a light.. and he saw Mikan standing outside her balcony..... (my heart melted...)
