Feeling sleepy as just woke up. Went to Physio last night, Clare had to work on my back from the side as last week when I visited I layed on my stomach and had problems with pain later that evening. Ooo.. I had a lovely dinner yesterday, mum was doing a fry up for the rest of the family so I grilled some trout, roasted some vegetables and had baby potatoes in herb and butter, Mmmmmm.
