Yeah, 2 feet of snow.
That didn't annoy me.
The slush didn't annoy me.
METRO annoyed me.
Once it became clear this was a blizzard, Metro leapt into action, closing the aboveground metro stops, suspending bus service, and (my personal favorite) linking the informational signs to a random process (honestly, the sign would go from 'This bus is arriving in 7 minutes' to 'a bus is arriving' to 'no bus is arriving' to 'this bus is arriving in 10 minutes' to 'next train to HELL arriving NOW!').
It was like watching DC get frostbite.
It was pretty, though, and I sort of skipped through the storm yesterday.
