apex
only this silly small town could make me love and hate it so much in one day. i started the day out by doing NOTHING. cause in apex. that is just what you do. then the library called. so i went. its sad to know that the hottest place to see and be seen in apex is the library. everyone and their mother was there.
and then there was dinner. and everyone that was not in the library was in down town. i kid you not. i stood on the corner of apex and for five minutes i knew at least one person in EVERY car that drove by. and that doesnt even count the people who were walking down the street.
its hard to explain the small-town-ness of apex because it is so close to cary and raleigh that everyone thinks its big. but its not. oh no.
im not sure if i should feel loved and comfortable in my predictable small town or sketched out.
