The offer I put on the house I wanted was accepted. All I have to do is go get the paperwork in order for my loan and soon I will have a 3 bedroom house all to myself. I've thought about renting out part of the house to help with the payments, but I'm pretty sure I can afford not to. But both options are still up in the air right now. I'm extremely excited right now, and I can't wait to have everyone over for a drink. Who's coming?
