best week in cali!
What a week! Its great to go to a school that gives you an entire week off for thanksgiving, its like spring break but in the fall.
The week was full of fun times, mostly due to the arrival of mike and rahul. The gang flew out for thanksgiving, california style. Weather was absolutely beautiful and we were all over the place. The beach, golden gate bridge, san fran, palace of fine arts, chinatown, treasure island, napa valley, golfing, the list goes on.
Saw the new bond movie, I like daniel craig, he makes a good bond. I like how they got back to basics and showed a vulernable bond, not the invincible machines of the past few movies. Biggest disapointment of the movie, no gadgets. I guess they're still working on finding a Q, though I hear R is going to take over.
For the first time I was away from home for thanksgiving, the same for Rahul and Mike. I gotta tell you though, I haven't had a more satisfying thanksgiving meal in a long time. Us 4 guys can cook a mean thanksgiving feast (ok well most of it was rahul's vision but we helped). We didn't go around the table and say our thanks, so I guess I'll do that now. I'm thankful for great friends whom I know will be with me throughout my life. I'm thankful for a family that is loving and exciting to be with. I'm thankful for the opportunities that I have come upon in the last few years, I still can't believe I'm where I am today.
I got a lot more, but It not that important, maybe some other time.
