Activity 1:
50 minute bike (10 miles), burn 650 calories
Activity 2:
2 minutes of eating (2 krispy kreme donuts), add 400 calories
Activity 1 was followed by activity 2 tonight; mathematically, I'm healthy. Somehow I don't feel that way though. Perhaps its the fact that 50 minutes of strenuous exercise can be almost offset be eating a third donut.
