Cassandra is sitting downstairs, quietly, humming to herself and feeling vaguely melancholy and somewhat unhappy. She's thinking about Hector, and Andromache, and Troy, and missing it, even knowing that it's long gone and can never come back.

Feel free to come say hello, she's just sewing something, hands moving rapidly.

"Cassandra? Friend to my lady Guinevere?"

T: hello! meet King Arthur's twins...or Gwen's adopted children, whatever they are. I'll have to introduce them one at a time. Goewin will be rather mortified that you are slaving over clothes for her.

T: *waves* Hello! Glad to meet you. :D And Casssandra says not to be worried about it, she doesn't have much else to do.

She looks up, and then stands, with a smile. It must be the boy, the one her Lady said was...lovely?

"Yes, sir, I am her lady."

He kneels. He can be extraordinarily winning.

"I'm Lleu. I am to stay with her."

--ack.

"Nay, pray do not kneel," looking embarrassed. "So she said, and I am glad to meet you, but I am rather your servant."

He gets up quickly, not wanting to embarrass her. He is a short, slender person, quick and catlike, with black hair and eyes. He looks a good deal like Mordred, if she's encountered him, but with a candor and brightness to his intensity that Mordred has long since lost (if he ever had it).

"What task has my lady set for you?"

She has, once, but it wasn't canon. She looks relieved when he stands, though, eyes slightly downcast in habitual deference, though she's gotten worse at it. "My lady asked me to sew - and to alter - dresses for...I believe she is your sister?"

----"You didn't know?" A hand to her mouth, startled.

He laughs, delighted.

"Ah, lady, not only didn't I know, but in truth I did not known how desperately I missed her."

A pause, and then he asks quietly, as if it has just occurred to him: "Are you alone here? I am surrounded by family, but none of them know me, and it is worse than being alone, I think."

She looks down. "I am."

"Who are you? I know your name, but who are you?"

"My name is all there is." Quietly, eyes downcast.

"It is all there is to any of us, here," he says gently. "I am not what I was, either."

She shakes it off, with some effort, and forces a smile. "It is well, and enough."
