the one time i have u.s. pride-anything we lose. i was even decked out in red for support. yes, it was the nazi ref's fault but we still shoulda scored on all those corner kick opportunities. the only solace from the game was seeing landon w/o his shirt on in the end. it was still fun getting up at 5:30am and going to the english pub. we had english breakfast and it was fun atmosphere to be in... there were like 50 business men surrounding us and it was cool when we all shouted at the one u.s. goal.
75% of the world pays attention to the world cup and the 25% who don't are mostly americans. kind of sad; this is a really diplomatic tournament.
