it's that time again (not finalZZ- fuck finalZZZZzzz) but for the magnificent world cup. it's not even about soccer really because i wouldn't really go to a soccer game in the states (except for galaxy games because i heart langdon donovan) but something about the world cup gets me all excited. i'm halting my studying to see of the games going tonight, and of course nederland won the other day!!! sharon's in europe right now, i wonder if she's going to go to germany for a game- i remember in '02 when we soo planned to go to germany this summer for the one and only world's finest, fifa world cup. we talked about how hot langdon donovan was and all the other hot menzzzzz from around the world. '06 seemed such a long ways away and it's here!! argh i wish the tournament would somehow extend to august so i could at least train it to germany and make a game. another reason the world cup is sentimental to me is because i watched a lot of the tournament at my grandparen't place in santa rosa. it was good times, my amma would come out and ask why i was watching soccer at 3am (i watched most of the games live) and my ampa would accomodate my surroundings so that i could focus attention on the tournament. i even watched some games w/ my little sister. aw, i miss the grandparents. rip fo-evaa.
