one thing that i do like about x-mas is the absurd charlie brown lights dad hangs on the house. smoking on the back porch is colorful and brings my solace. i sit there and entertain my diluted winter wonderland fantasies. snow hanging from the eves. everything that is green turned dead and scraggled.
