Rain drops falling on a pond not far from my house. I'd originally wandered by in hopes of seeing the beavers that live on the pond, but I didn't have any luck with that, and then it started to rain. This is my favorite of the few dozen I took because some of the ripple rings have droplets splashing upwards.
Pentax K10D, Tamron 70-300mm @ 100mm, ISO 200, f4.5, 1/90th using the on board flash.
