World Juniors
You know what sucks?
I have no idea who's playing for Team USA of the World Junior IIHF Games. Oh wait, I know that Brandon Saad is playing but other than that, no clue. Haven't seen a roster, haven't seen a webpage for them.
But to be honest, I'm not too interested in Team USA. Yes, Go, USA! Bring home a medal! I'll be pleased if they do well, mad if they don't (well...disappointed) but they're not my main focus. No, I'm paying attention to Team Russia. So far they only have a preliminary roster but I finally found it after days of hunting. I want the final roster and I want it now. I want them to do like what Team Canada did (individual profiles, telling me all about the players) and I want to be able to find it. I want to have media. I want to stay up late tonight to pay attention to the exhibition game vs. the USA tonight.
I can't. I can't find any source for any media except for Team Canada. I can't find where to watch the exhibition games for any team (even Canada!) and I can't find any site for Team Russia or Team USA. I got to see a minute and a half video of Team Russia unloading and I thought I hit the jackpot. There's not nearly enough material for me to feel happy about it yet, but gosh darn it, at least I found it, right? At least my favorite player was able to be seen for about two seconds.
Now to search the Internet some more information. Anyone know any links for Team USA or Team Russia? In any language - I know how to translate stuff, I have no problem spending a few hours translating or anything.
