stephanie's bakery is an all vegan strudel bakery!
vivi & i shared the spinach strudel, a slice of vanilla cake,
and a blueberry muffin with pomegranate soda.
while we snacked, they baked us some butterscotch chocolate chip
and chocolate chip pecan cookies that we took to go.
these were the best vegan cookies i've ever had.
