Its been too long
I know its been a while since I have written in here. Life is treating me very well. I still haven't gotten my car fixed as I am waiting for my income tax refund.
Work is going well. I am losing another coworker to JetBlue, and since she was more senior than me, I am moving up again in seniority. After nearly 3 years with the company, I am now number 7 in seniority out of 19 dispatchers (After we get two new ones hired and through training) which is amazing. And I am well respected in the office and by the pilots (One pilot told me, I like it when I see your name on a release), so certainly I can work at Air Wisconsin as long as I want to, and I am not worried about job security anymore. I am also serving on a committee at work to help improve a part of our Maintenance program, and I am looking forward to that.
Away from work, I am still involved heavily in the curling club. I curl twice a week still, and am looking forward to one or two bonspiels in the coming weeks. We shall see. And I have met a wonderful gal named Amber through curling. We aren't an item yet, as we haven't had time to see each other, but not a day goes by when I can't stop thinking about her. I am still on EHarmony as well, and I always say I am committed to nobody, but Amber is the one girl I keep thinking about even with all the others I have met over the months.
