This was amazing. I loved everything about it. The dreams with Lindsay, the way you wrote Faith/Xander and the final battle with Buffy.

Wow. Just, wow. This is fantastic.

I love Faith's comment that considering her track record she really thought she had a better shot at killing the metaphorical source of all evil than being able to kill Buffy Summers. It just fits really perfectly.

Oh, this is fantastic! I positively loved this story.

I enjoyed your set-up and the slow reveal of just how badly the world had gone bad. I also enjoyed (in a weird way) the point that some people would make "deals" to stay alive. So few apocalypse stories take that into account.

I also liked the fact that Faith and Xander were forged into a fighting team as well as a 'ship. There aren't nearly enough Faith and Xander stories out there ('ship, friendship, or otherwise) and I'm always psyched when I see a good one.

I also loved the idea of Faith and Xander wandering the post-apocalyptic landscape that you hinted at at the end of this story.

Thank you for a really good read/

Thank you! I'm glad the slow reveal worked for you; I'm always concerned I'm taking too long to get to the point.:)
