Okay, this is entirely silly, it's been way too long since I updated this. I am alive, in case anyone was worried and I'm okay. In fact I'm better than okay, more okay than I've been in a very long time, I guess I just didn't want to say anything in case something happened that meant everything went to hell again. I don't like tempting fate, particularly when I say something like phew, that was tough, but I'm still standing, and the universe says something like oh really? How about now, bitch? Or something to that effect. It makes sense in my head!

Anyways, I am still at the mercy of the Irish Court Service, though everyone in my office things I am insane. When someone says "hey Suzanne, you'd know this, how long does a black eye take to fade?" You know something is wrong. And to answer the question, I don't know, I haven't had a black eye in 14 years....when my brother kicked me in the face, but that I think is another story (which I can't tell because I actually don't remember now that I think of it!) Yes, I still do re-enactment, yes I have arnica. I'm slowly but surely improving as a fighter, I hope, but I have a very long way to go. But despite that, I'm pretty confident I'll get there, because I constantly train with people who are way better than me.

And I have a skin condition. Something that I think is psoriasis maybe or something like it. It's not pretty, and pretty much covers my stomach, chest, back (I think, I can't see, I'm told it's not as bad there). My GP has promised "don't worry, we'll have you right for bikini season," which is great, but I don't have any holidays planned. I do hope to go away, hopefully somewhere warm. Neil is just happy I'm not allergic to my armour, because we'd thought I was, and I look like a domestic violence victim because I didn't wear it last week. Seriously, it looks like somoene grabbed my arms really roughly and squeezed. But yeah, I'm really hoping this fades soon.

I'm trying to think about what else to say, oh yes, I had THE BEST hot chocolate EVAR in Joy of Cha in Temple bar. Hazelnut hot chocolate. NOM. Ye gods, with the NOM. I will try and update more. Who knows, my entries may feature more complete accounts of what's going on in my life, but don't hold your breath, I'm VERY lazy.
