(no subject)
Have you ever tried to login to something (like e-mail, or as is my immediate case, online banking) and it just won't load? IE immediately says "page cannot be displayed" and Mozilla says "connection refused."
WTF?
Anybody know what's up with that?
I played around with IE security settings, but it doesn't seem to be that.
Update: I checked security settings and they seem ok. I don't think it could be a firewall thing. I deleted temporary internet files. I re-registered some .dll files.
status: no change.
It seems that all secure pages will not load in either IE or Mozilla.

update2: should I uninstall Norton Internet Security? It doesn't work anymore. Recently, everytime I start up it says that it couldn't load right and just sits, supposedly disabled. Perhaps it's fucking stuff up?
