That's ground pork, scallions, garlic, soy sauce and hoisin sauce.
I mix the pork, chopped scallions, a couple of cloves of chopped garlic, and a teaspoons each of soy sauce and hoisin sauce.

That's just flour and water. Simple. Doughy.
I make a round wrapper of dough and spoon some filling in it and then close it up!
and I end up with these:
Then I put 'em in the steam basket in the pot with some water underneath, like this:
Then I cover it and keep it on about medium heat and let 'em steam for a long time.
Then I get these:
They are yummy!
