"7. Well, I guess just curious why you and Courtney stopped talking to me after Beth and I started breaking off? Was something said?"
I really like this question because it's so honest and direct. I also don't feel it's completely fair. Here goes.
First off-- nothing was said. There was no abrupt moment, no fight, no anything like that. You didn't do anything wrong. So quit it ;)
You had said-- for months *before* you two broke up-- that I was hard to get a hold of online, that I'd just disappear as soon as I'd gotten there, which is true. My waking life was pretty much split between work and Courtney, so I'd pretty much been using AIM as an answering machine and not an actual communication tool. I've been really bad at keeping in touch with people on AIM for the past year or so, and you're not the only one who noticed.
As for other reasons-- um, well, you moved to Madison, if I recall correctly. Accordingly, you spent a lot less time hanging out at Gritzmachers', which is where we hung more than anywhere else, really. Courtney and I started spending every evening in wedding planning, which is what happens when you decide on your date four months to the day before that date.
In summary, I work a lot and just got married. You moved 75 miles away, work full time, and go to school full time. It's not by either of our design that we don't get a chance to talk as much as we used to. We're certainly not upset or like you less or anything-- I figured that last weekend at Walmart would dispel any notion of that. We just don't see you as much anymore. And frankly, we miss you.
