(no subject)
So, I got a bit of a lecture from Hoa, as Kevin told her that I didn't show up last night. She was very nice about it, telling me to call in even a few hours beforehand to see if someone else can sub. Hoa "I prefer for someone not to work than to work sleep-deprived." /Hoa
This contradicts my mindset, where I will not do that unless it's absolutely an emergency. Sleep deprivation is something I can deal with.
Ah, well. I was working with Rica, who is a pretty cool cat.
Aside from that familiar, compulsive sense of shame that I always get from fucking up in front of authorities with influence over my life (I'm weirdly afraid of authority...), life is pretty good.
Lunch with Dania at 12, dropping by picnic shortly afterwards and then off to Airport Blvd. for my Census deal. Tomorrow...I work 9-5.
