GOALS (beginning)
Bodge: Making a risky power play, trying to affect how the Londons are run or balanced (hence appointing Ed). Definitely chaotic neutral there.
Charity: Wants out of the academic future planned for her and to make her own choices, including stupid and destructive ones. Typical youngest kid.
Alec: Initially wants out of the bullshit (being Moved) and overall in life wants/ed success etc and possibly a functioning relationship (hasn’t managed one since Katie and is angry about it/with her/with himself) but curiosity and unaccountable old memories get the better of him.
Ezekiel: Wants fame and recognition and his own fortune and a girlfriend and all the usual narcissist things (and also not to have to do anything to get them). Has his sights on K and thinks C is beneath him, for ass-racist reasons.
Edmund: TO BE WRITTEN? HELP ME OUT HERE
Katherine: Before learning of Moving and the genius loci roles wants excitement and professional advancement (again slightly entitled, she wants to get ahead without effort, the same way she got into Cambridge - daughter, only, beloved, of a very well-respected professor - and into her job - father connection again). When she does know about it she wants to be in control. She always knows best, etc.
Opportunity: Wants order, her sister safe, to go back to Manchester, to fit in, to stop worrying, to get things Right. (Lawful Good).
