Well that wasn't what I wanted.
Positive:
+ made a small amount of headway in brainstorming Tourist's Guide after I ran out of steam on reading Secret History for the evening.
Somewhat less positive:
When I got off the train at Hoxton there was an odd group of people standing by the ticket window/exit gates with some bags on the ground. They were all looking the same way and very hushed. Because of the bags and the direction I wondered if they were a group on a trip out, and was surprised because it was late and they weren't wearing obnoxious matching hobbledehoy caps.
A bit closer I realised one of the bags was actually a large white stomach and two people were wearing paramedic's uniforms and someone had the toaster thing that starts your heart. No one looked very confident and everyone was silent.
I carried on because I didn't think me standing around rubbernecking would be helpful and because frankly I feel bad enough without watching someone die.
