Today I walked from Golders Green through Hampstead Heath and down into Camden and then up out of Camden half-way to Holloway, then home from Wood Green. This plus the walk to the first bus to Golders Green apparently amounted to six miles, going to show that I am still a giant unfit wuss as I am very tired now.
I am also now so highly-ranked as A Good Customer at the leather place that I get queue-jumped/prioritised. BOOYAH. Have used my PAOM giftcard balance to buy a t-shirt. Their shipping costs have, I note, dropped dramatically. This may well encourage me to buy more stuff from there; I'm generally happy about their quality and so on. The t-shirt's a watercolour sketch by Poussin for one of his later Pan/Bacchanal paintings, in sepia, so that's nice and completely unsuitable for mixed company.
[I've also somehow done something stupid to my shoulder - according to cohabitees this is "overdid it with the weights" which is patent nonsense - and am in continual agony HOORAY.]
It's been exactly a decade since the Paris Excursion. Eddie Redmayne on buses looks very much like Mel, I find, which is strange. Also I just ate a mostly-raw egg so if I shit myself to death you can blame my poor microwaving skills.
[NTS: That Innocent cold-pressed apple/cucumber/spinach/celery juice, faddy though it may be, was pretty nice]
