"Where are YOU in this?" remains most frequent question to barf out of the therapist's face, which today made me sad, because yes I am AWARE I am not emotionally present in my own life but I also don't feel like changing that represents a step forward like oh god suffer constantly? N O
[and i got a letter from the other clinic pretty much straight off, it seems, but now i have to try to get blood taken and results to them by the tenth? ahahaha no that will not happen. i may try to pour oil on troubled water by sending them a print-out of my previous bloods and if that works i will cancel my gp appointment i guess]
