Aww yay, fancy hotel internet! We've had a lot of articles about balloons and drones beaming internet to rural areas now.

I like both milk and dark, if it's being mailed to the tropics it should preferably be just straight chocolate (so it can be popped in the fridge if it gets a bit melted and not turn into a weird sticky mess). In the US I usually get the fancy organic stuff (Green and Blacks, Endangered Species bars, etc.), but most places overseas I'm pleased with Cadbury Dairy Milk (they went Fair Trade, and it's noticeably better than Hersheys). When it comes to surprises I don't like fruit flavors in chocolate, and am vegetarian (so no bacon chocolate lollipops), but beyond that, I'm flexible.
