It was the bit where she's in the lunch line, talking about her mother- "she is a cunt. I am an embarrassment"- that really sealed it, I think.

I suppose tea plants must be a fucking nightmare to grow, though, especially for the likes of us sun-deprived mofos.

Piper does have a fairly steep character development arc at least? :) EVERYONE MAKES SUCH DUMB DECISIONS, IT'S BRILLIANT.

She's sort of the cipher through which we see everyone else, I guess. Have you finished S2 as well?

Yeah, I think the creator said that she had to have someone like Piper to get the story told, otherwise it wouldn't have been made. I finished S2 a couple of days ago, to the detriment of my sleep pattern :)
