HELP: if anyone remembers, in passing, plans for London that were never finished or put into action at all from any point in history (architecture, laws, anything), or any persistent untruths about the city that have been popularly repeated, could they please comment/message me with them?

Alternatively, if you haven't been to this city but have strong impressions of it, would you mind telling me what they are?
