Look, I know you mean well but can you maybe stop writing "men, women, and transgender", because it makes it sound like "transgender" is this third gender group which is neither male not female, and that is something more like "non-binary". If you want to say "men and women, cis-gender or trans-gender", then say that. Or if you're paying by the word, just say "everyone", which includes, you know. Everyone.
