I do morning exercises every day right after waking up & brushing my teeth. 30 minutes minimum, 7 days a week.
Afterwards I normally eat 2 to 3 fried eggs, sunny side up... today not so much.
I was too lazy & remembering that I had a sports protein-bar in the fridge, something I had never eaten before, went to try it out instead of getting the frying pan.
Opening the wrapper I almost screamed, biting into it I almost fainted! D:
Half of the protein bar, 400(?)% protein it said on the wrapper, was made out of chocolate.
How the f*ck are you supposed to loose weight, if you stuff your face with something like this???
Never again, people! Never. Again.
And I just realised something, that if I really want to be thin in my life I need to move to Turkey.
When I was a kid, we would travel to my Mother's hometown roughly every 2 years & everytime all the chubbiness would pour out of me & vanish into thin air.
Coming back to Germany I would gain the weight in no time & have a hard time breathing properly.
Maybe, just maybe I should leave for the rainy mountains of the Black Sea area....for good.
