I'm thinking I need to find a job where I actually GET a snow day
...as opposed to a job where I REPORT that there's a snow day o_O
It actually wasn't that bad driving in this morning. Side streets and roads were unsuprisingly crappy, but Hwy 7 was quite good - at least until you hit Guelph. You can pretty much guarentee that as soon as you get to the Auto Mall, the road goes to shit. I don't know why, that's just what always happens. I can hear the ice pellets already starting, taptaptapping outside my office window. I have First Aid/CPR training tomorrow in Guelph (it's for work), so they're putting me up in a hotel for the evening - sweet!
Hrm...maybe 'snow days' aren't so bad after all! *grin*
I will miss Jayson and Drake and the bunnies terribly though :( It's so cheezy, but ever since he moved back to Guelph, I can count on one hand the number of nights we've been apart. It's weird, and a little disconcerting, not having him in bed beside me...
