i've been thinking a lot about you lately. i understand now what it means to offer someone a peaceful rest.
and i know you are resting well, but that you still are always awake. because even though you are gone, you
know that you have something to see, something to be proud of, something to live for. that's what kind of
man you were. that's what kind of man you are.
i hope that i will always realize that i have something to live for, as you did.
i hope that i will always have hope, as you did.
i hope that i will always be strong, as you were.
i just wish i could have said goodbye.
