So I started a cutting phase a couple weeks ago, I reached 80kg keep in mind I was like 60kg a year ago (lol Bradd why you so ana bb? Where do I gets blow from?) and just wanted to do something new and to shed the excessi weight gained during the bulking phase. So I've been doing HIIT and it's like WRONG, I just feel sick for awhile after doing it...although I think that's a given with anything high intensity. I've been dropping weight really easily, the whole thing is funny AND I WILL CRUSH YOU ALL!
